Antoinette Tansley
Antoinette Tansley, or as her teammates call her, Annie, has skied since she was little. It’s a sport her whole family engages in, and when her family resided in Texas for five years, a 10+ hours drive to the nearest mountains didn’t stop them. Since making the transition to ski cross in 2016 she has raced a mix of NorAm, South American, and Europa Cup races, reaching eight podiums. The full-time international relations student at the University of Calgary balances skiing alongside schoolwork as she works hard to reach the top of the sport. Outside of sport and school, Antoinette enjoys spending time with her friends in the mountains, biking, hiking, and camping.
