The Program

Through dynamic units spanning a range of topics from goal setting to teamwork and leadership, students learn valuable academic and life lessons. Delivered in collaboration with classroom teachers, our programming infuses athletes' real-world experiences into the classroom, deeply engaging students and transforming classroom culture.

The Champion Mindset

The Champion Mindset provides the real voices from athletes dedicated to improving the social and emotional skill building of your students. As athletes talk openly about their experiences and the raw emotions behind them, they break down the mystery around what it takes to dream big and achieve their goals. This skill-building accessibility is rare for a classroom curriculum, far more than some lesson plans in a binder.

Year-Long Athlete Mentorship

Olympic, Paralympic, NCAA and professional athletes volunteer their time to deeply connect with and coach students throughout the course of a school year on key social and emotional skills. The touchpoints during the school year vary from live Zoom chats to monthly check-ins, but the connection that unfolds creates long-lasting and transformative outcomes for students, athletes, teachers and classroom culture.

Why the Champion Mindset?

We named the curriculum the Champion Mindset because we understood this mindset isn’t something we’re born with, it’s something that can be built and harnessed. Our athletes don’t just teach. They are role models empowering students to think, act, and grow like champions, equipping them with the mindset to overcome challenges and achieve greatness in the classroom and in life. This core concept is the basis of our proven curriculum and mentorship program.
