At Classroom Champions, we work alongside the incredible educators and families who support youth every day, growing students to have the tools to be champions. We provide a year-long online dashboard curriculum of videos, activities and lesson plans that foster a growth mindset. Some schools take it even deeper by matching their classroom with a world-class athlete mentor. These mentors connect with students and teachers virtually throughout the school year, through messages, video updates and online live-chat opportunities, for students and their athlete mentors to get to know each other personally. Through this connection, the students gain another adult in their life to believe in them, encourage and inspire them.

Evidence-based, Award-Winning Curriculum
Our evidence-based, award-winning curriculum is self-paced and includes everything from one minute videos (e.g. to inspire students before administering a test) to full thirty minute lesson plans (e.g. to learn about working with emotions). Lessons are delivered by world class athletes, and cover topics designed to build resiliency and social emotional skills in students. In Indigenous communities or schools with high Indigenous populations, classrooms are matched with Indigenous athletes, because ‘Representation Matters’.

The Power of Support
Energizing Communities Collective is a group of 25+ energy corporations that joined together to support the work and mission of Classroom Champions. Since 2022, they have raised $4M to invest in and support youth living in communities across Western Canada.The industry coming together will specifically provide mentorship and curriculum programs at no cost to schools located in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, resulting in a long-lasting positive impact. This partnership brings social and emotional learning to thousands of kids in Western Canada.
